All teams must have completed online registration for the competition and sent an updated team roster to IoH2O organizers. Additional team members may be added to existing teams or existing teams may merge throughout the challenge. Organizers must be updated on these personnel changes.

All pilot teams must confirm their plan to remove their gear from field sites with IoH2O organizers. All gear must be packed out by 9.29.17 unless another arrangement is agreed upon with IoH2O organizers and relevant research partners.
